Schedule for Game Week

Monday through Wednesday, regular practice schedule

Thursday, August 2, 2012, 6pm - banquet for participants at University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. Dress code is casual. Ties are not required, but no jeans, cut-offs or t-shirts. Link to map is below.

Friday, August 3, 2012 - Final practice. Your practice jersey must be turned in Friday in order to receive your game jersey at the parade.

Saturday, August 4, 2012 - Game Day

1:15 pm - Game jerseys will be distributed between TOPS Market and St. Bernard church. After you receive your game jersey, report to your school's float in the Best Western parking lot (behind TOPS).

2:00 pm - Parade begins

3:00 pm - Tailgate party at Callahan Park, the end of parade route. Food will be sold by the American Cancer Society, or bring your own.

4:30 pm - Locker rooms open.

5:15 pm - Players may enter the field for warm ups (teams only).

6:15 pm - Players must leave field.

6:40 pm - Teams out of locker rooms.

6:45 pm - Players line up for introductions - New York in far end zone, Pennsylvania in end zone nearest the school.

6:47 pm - Player introductions

6:58 pm - National Anthem

7:00 pm - Coin toss and kick-off
